It is a great recipe for me because I don’t have an oven. I never thought about using bananas to hold things together in recipes but I think it is a great idea!
I made these granola bars right before the weekend to take on my trip to Seoraksan National Park. I thought they would be great during a day of hiking… if they had only made it to the day of hiking. They were so tasty that they didn’t last much past the bus ride to Sokcho.
It is a very simple recipe! Keeping them in the freezer does not make them rock hard either. Every time I go to grab one they are not hard like ice, they actually have a bit of a chewy consistency even though they have been in the freezer.
